You are sad over the losses you are experiencing. Some friends and family are gone, perhaps your spouse too.  Your body is not as vibrant as you would like. You feel lonely and want to have people in your life that you can share conversation and activities, but you’re not sure how to start finding them. You would like to have something in your life that you can be passionate about, an activity, or a person. You want to regain some emotional balance and have hope for your future.

Perhaps you are not working and your days seem less purposeful.   In some respects this is the time you have been waiting for.  Days when responsibilities are less and the "have to do's" that drove your life no longer demand your full attention.

Perhaps your social life is not as active, or now that you have more time on your hands you would like to even have one?

I can help you redefine this next stage of your life.  You don't have to remain unfulfilled or lonely.  Like with all other stages in your life, this one will take some effort.  You may need to push past some comfort levels you have had in the past.  It will be challenging perhaps, but no more challenging than providing or caring for a spouse or family, maintaining a home, raising children.  Your generation never shied away from effort and this stage of your life is worth any effort it may take.

The reward for refocusing your energies can be life satisfaction, friends, happiness and contentment, eagerness for new adventures, and comfort within yourself.
